About: The debut of the double flap bag revolutionized fashion history. Until the appearance of the first bag, they were carried in the hand and were unwieldy. The Double Flap Bag was not only a style revolution, but also the first bag with a strap that made it easier to carry. After their debut, carrying a bag over their shoulder soon became a sign of social status for women.
The first Chanel handbag was introduced in 1929. The first models had a flap, but it was not until 1955 that Coco Chanel recognized the advantages of a bag with a strap and in February 1955, hence its name, the 2.55 was born. From then on, the model became known and popular as the classic double flap bag.

Outside: wear on the corners, Fading and wear of the hardware, signs of wear in the jersey, the outside pocket on the back was re-sewn in our studio 

Inside: wear in the jersey on the inner flap due to the shoulder chain, slight wear and signs of wear on the inner fabric, the Loveletter compartment was sewn up in our studio because the fabric is porous on the inside and dissolves easily
